Ms Vo Thu Trang supports CPT activities in Vietnam as consultant, project coach and trainer. She obtained her Black Belt Certification with American Standard and was their Human Resources Director from 2008 – 2016.

Thu Trang has over 20 years of working experience in Operation and Human Resources, taking on both local and regional roles. Her achievement includes:

1.     Provision of consulting and training services in leading a team to establish the Business Excellence Program, adopting Lean and Six Sigma Methodology to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.

2.     Leading and advising her team in corporate restructuring exercise.

3.     Coach organisations in adopting and building a Balanced Scorecard System as dashboard in tracking business performance. 

Thu Trang graduated in Engineering and also obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from HCM UAF and HCM OP University. In addition, she is also an ICF certified Coach and a Certified Train the Trainer Facilitator in DDI’s Leadership Development Program.
