This 3-Day SUP Day Camp is non-residential. It starts from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily. The course will cover key knowledge and technique in paddling skills, and is designed to provide more in-depth skills and knowledge so you can paddle with safety, confidence and some self sufficiency.

Day 1:

  • Welcome and Introduction to SUP.

  • Safety with board handling, entrance and exit

  • Paddling Posture

  • Basic Paddling strokes

  • Basic turning and stopping the boards.

  • Self Rescue - falling and getting back on board.

Theoretical Session:

  • Understand weather, wind, tides, hazards at your paddling location

Pre-requisite:

  • The camp is ideal for new or inexperienced paddlers.

  • Age group between 12-15 years old.

  • Must be able to swim at least 50m.

Day 2:

Welcome back and physical conditioning.

  • Refining paddling strokes

  • Paddle handling for directional flow

  • Pivot Turns

  • Self Rescue - optional method of getting on board

  • SUP expedition along Pasir Ris Beach.

Theoretical Session:

  • Type of SUP Boards, equipments and accessories.

Upon Successful Completion:

  • ASI SUP Wis Level 1 iCertificate

  • SUP Training Logbook

  • Eligible to sign up for "Train to Race" sessions.

  • Eligible to join members' paddling events

Day 3:

Welcome back and SUP Wise Intensive Level 1 Foundation certification.

  • Learning to race.

  • Let's race

  • Certificate and Award presentation.

  • Closing and end of camp

Theoretical Session:

  • Introduction to SUP race..

Registration:

  • Registration would require a parent or guardian to sign-up for their children.

  • An invoice will be issued to you upon confirmation of the camp.
