    This Strengths Finder session aim to facilitate you to develop a better understanding of your own innate talents and Strengths.

    Getting the Strengths Finder report is only the beginning. Our Certified Strengths Finder Coach would be able to draw out what are your Top 5 Strengths that you most likely are not using on a daily basis.

    The Top 5 Strengths could be dominant in either of the 4 domains:

    1. Executing: One who would rather get things done. They are the Doers and things get done in a diligent manner

    2. Strategic Thinking: One who feels energized when having to think their way out of a situation

    3. Relationship: One who prioritizes relationship above all else. How others feel and how deep a relational bond is held in higher regard

    4. Influencing: One who is able to rally others to a task or goal and has a magnetic force that draws others towards them.

  • Belbin Team Role

    Belbin Team Roles are used to identify people's behavioral strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. This information can be used to:

    • Build productive working relationships

    • Select and develop high-performing teams

    • Raise self-awareness and personal effectiveness

    • Build mutual trust and understanding

    The introduction to Belbin’s Team Roles will help participants appreciate the role dynamic that happens within teams and discover why teams succeed or fail. Participants will first be brought through a basic understanding of the 9 team roles as postulated by Belbin, and then through a series of activities and observer sharing, begin to discover each member’s working style and contribution to the team.

    All participants will take the Belbin’s Team Roles online assessment prior to the teambuilding session. The tool also includes 4 observer assessments to provide 360 feedbacks to compare the individual’s assessment to how others see him or her. Results will be generated and distributed to each participant for a more detailed understanding of each person’s style.
