Yoong Fook Loy

Yoong Fook Loy is Managing Director of Centre for Performance Transformation. He has been providing in-depth consulting, training and hands-on deployment in Socio-technical system of Organization Design and Development since 1995.

Fook Loy spent nearly 12 years at General Electric and has the opportunity to work in different businesses. He held various positions in Operation, Human Resources Development and Six Sigma. His last rotation in GE was as Corporate Leadership Program Manager for Asia, overseeing talent development in numerous GE Leadership Programs before moving into the area of Lean Six Sigma Consulting in 2002. As a Corporate Leadership Program Manager, Fook Loy was involved in nurturing and mentoring over 200+ leaders in Asia, being very involved in training and coaching leaders in their Six Sigma projects.

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Fook Loy provide consulting, coaching and training services to various Multinational companies, among those are Air Products, Givaudan Asia Pacific, Bank Negera Indonesia, Halliburton, Continental Automotive, National Health Group Singapore, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines,, OCBC Bank and others. He is also an adjunct Lecturer with Nanyang Technological University, supporting the Centre for Continuing Education programs.

Fook Loy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) from Institute for Adult Learning.

With accreditations and certification, Fook Loy is also a certified Lean Launchpad Educator (University of California, Berkeley), an accredited Design Thinker, (Stanford Design School), a Master Trainer and Consultant for High Performance Work Organization, a Certified Gallup Strength Finder Coach, an accredited facilitator in the Myer Brigg Type Indicator, Belbin Team Role, and the Leadership Challenge.

On a personal level, Fook Loy obtained a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies from Trinity Church Academy (TCA).
