Facilitative Leadership Skills Workshop
Do you have a clear understanding of group roles, managing group processes towards their desired outcome and bringing group activity to conclusion? Do you know how you want to enhance your skill level to fulfill the vital role of an organizational team or group facilitator?
A clear understanding of your expectation and skills to fulfill your role is what we are providing you in this Basic Facilitation Skills Workshop. Through the use of experiential, skill building exercises, you will find the keys to successfully deal with group dynamics and activity for maximum impact.
The objectives of the workshop is to
Provide participants with an appreciation of the facilitator roles
Provide participants to assess their current comfort level as facilitators through the skills profile
Equip participants to be able to plan, facilitate and bring closure to team sessions and its deliverables
Equip participants with basic tools of facilitation
