Not for the weak at heart., team challenge will take you from the beach of Pasir Ris Park, across the channel to Palau Ubin on a Stand-up Paddle-board.

Ideal for cross-functional leaders, coming together, to train and work together, away from the normal office’s assignment, into spending 4 sessions of 2 hours, learning the art of Standup Paddling, and ultimately, taking the 4-hour challenge to paddle into the mangroves of Palau Ubin.

Team Challenge is design for a group size of between 6 - 10 members.

Stir-up the adrenaline in you as you take on the role of sportsmen and women, to compete in “wacko” sports events. Play it to your ability as you aim to grow in confidence in your hidden potential. Ultimately, it is about developing team synergy as members continuously help each other to be in the flow to achieve optimal performance.

The Laser Tag Battle Challenge is played on specific mission-based role-play scenarios. Players are placed on combat teams and assigned specific functions, duties, and roles as they battle each other. The challenge requires team to be able to exercise strategic approach to battlefields’ scenarios and the ability of team to exercise inter-personal relationship skills.

Stand-up paddling is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage. Its ease of learning is key to its popularity, with beginners becoming comfortable in as little as an hour of training. As a teambuilding session, for team to learn together, encouraging each other to tap into their unknown potential, into a journey of self-discovery of the inner potential of individual in their quest to scale new height.

The Amazing Race@ Pasir Ris Park by the Center for Performance Transformation (CPT) is an incredible team building activity used to highlight various individual and team traits that exist within an organization. We design and execute the corporate Amazing Race that blends themes of competition and collaboration delivering high impact and fun filled moments throughout the programme.

The Trebuchet challenge is a fun-filled competitive event that require teams to exercise teamwork, creativity and innovative skills to store up enough resources to buy materials, design and build this machine for battle. It starts with teams competing to acquire resources to build the trebuchet. The amount of resources a team acquires, is dependent on their performance in the competition. With the resources earn, team will build a trebuchet that can fire projectiles to a distance of 10-20m accurately. The irony about this challenge is that the team with the most resources may not win the trebuchet challenge!!

The Water Rafting Challenge is a fun-filled competitive event that provide the opportunity for teams to demonstrate trust and confidence in working together to build a raft.

The objectives of the challenge are:

• Exercise their leadership skills in an ever-changing environment.

• Build trust and close rapport among course mates.

• Develop a common understanding on the qualities of effective leaders and effective teams in the organization’s work environment.

The Sudoku Challenge is played like a game show that feature missions that participants will need to compete in trying to gain more favor so as to be in an advantageous position when competing in the final mission. The winner is usually decided in the final mission.

In this challenge, teams will compete in various missions to win clues that will aid the team to solving the ultimate mission – The Sudoku Challenge. The first team to complete the Sudoku puzzle correctly wins the Sudoku Challenge.

Teams are stranded in the island and in order for them to survive, will need to build settlements. In order for the settlements to be built, teams will need to “harvest” resources in the form of wheat, sheep, bricks, ore and woods. The resources are used to exchange for settlements or road.

The Settlers Challenge aim to provide participants with the opportunity to experience transiting from Individual contributor to team contributor.

Operation Windrush is a time-based race that consist of multiple challenges that can happen simultaneously, thus requiring teams to strategize and prioritize resources to compete the challenges within a given time. This activity will require a large degree of planning, coordinating, organizing and problem-solving. Teams are awarded points for every challenge they successfully complete. The team with the most points at the end of the race wins.

The Domino Challenge aim to harness the energy of individual group to come together to build a domino design based on the theme agreed upon by each group. Every group will be assigned a part of the design and an area to construct their portion of the dominoes. Each of the design is linked together to form the “big picture” that portrays the team effort.

Art Jamming is a therapeutic session of taking oneself out from the stresses of life to a place of tranquility and self-expression. As a teambuilding program, Art Jam provides an absolutely unique platform for teams to come together to learn, listen and work with each other. Participants are taught the basic drawing skills and they will come together to create an art piece on a canvas. An unique experience for all, regardless of members’ inclination and experience toward arts.

Balloon sculpting may not be the first thing many of us would opt to do as balloons look fragile and it may blast when not handled with care. Overcome such fear is critical in tapping into our unknown potential. Once you are successful in sculpting an object, it will give you the confidence to pursue much more challenging design. Balloon Sculpting is often a therapeutic session of taking oneself out from the fear of trying, into a place of self-confidence.
