Kelvin Tay is Lead Facilitator focusing on Leadership, People and Team Transformation. He bring with him a diverse history of experience in developing high performance teams.
He applies his years of experience as manager of an events logistics company, having coordinated many large-scale events from private charity dinners to Singapore Idol to the National Day parade. As an adventure expedition team leader in China for more than 12 years, Kelvin has a long track record of building great teams. He has led both local and international expeditions, helping them to overcome fears and limitations in harsh environments to perform at new levels they never thought possible.
Previously a musician and also a school counselor, Kelvin brings the relational and creative strengths to the team.
As a facilitator, Kelvin has conducted training for STB’s induction programs, MOHH’s executive team, CSC’s leadership courses, DBS’ regional executive team, various branches from IRAS, CPF Board, EDB Singapore, MOE, Parkway Health Group and many more.
As with training and building high performance teams, Kelvin passion for developing and maximizing potential sees him engaging and mentoring at-risk youths in his own time, competing in triathlons and teaching English in the villages of China.
Kelvin is a graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts. He is a Certified Facilitator in DISC and MBTI and was trained in the US by Master Trainers Stephen Hoel and Mary Cooper to as certified facilitator for The Leadership Challenge.
