Lim Swee Hock

Lim Swee Hock is lead facilitator with Centre for Performance Transformation since 2003. His area of expertise includes leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding.

 

Swee Hock is a social worker by training. He works in the social service sector for more than 10 years, with 5 years in a family service centre as its Programme Manager. He has the opportunity to network with different community partners and stakeholders to plan and conduct outdoors & indoor group work and experiential learning opportunities for youth, families and communities at large.

Swee Hock’s other experiences include being in Sales and Operation. His vast experience provided him with the ability to relate to a vast group of audiences. On top of that, he is also a graduate in Sports Science. This helps to bring about an added dimension to teambuilding in relation to human performance.

An avid sports man and a marathon runner, Swee Hock is able to use sports and outdoors activities to help people reach for their goals and potential, and has been to India & Thailand to conduct such events. With his warm personality and positive outlook, he engages and equips many people of different and diverse backgrounds.

Swee Hock’s client lists include Ministry of National Development, Singapore Customs, International Flavours and Fragrances, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Hilti, Central Provident Fund and many others.

Swee Hock is Certified DISC Facilitator and a Certified Facilitator in administrating Lego Serious Play Methodology. He is a Habitude certified trainer and holds a degree in Social Work. He is married and is a father to four active children.
